Our Story
We’re Tony and Miranda Vacchiano, and Sebago isn't just where we work, it’s home. We both grew up right here on these shores, and today, we’re proud to be raising our own children in the same community that shaped us.
For as long as we can remember, we’ve been the "local hands" for friends and neighbors, helping them look after their seasonal camps and cottages. What started as helping out neighbors has grown into a dedicated family business built on trust and local knowledge.
Our professional roots run deep:
- Miranda has spent over 20 years perfecting the art of "camp cleaning" and property care, knowing exactly what to look for to keep a home welcoming and well-maintained.
- Tony stepped up in 2020 when the world changed. Already familiar with the local terrain from years of plowing, he began offering seasonal clean-ups and regular property "check-ins" to ensure our neighbors’ homes remained safe while they were away.
Why We Do It
We understand the unique challenges that come with Maine’s ever-changing seasons. From winter deep-freezes and spring thaws to the high-use summer months. Our mission is to bridge the gap between your busy life elsewhere and your peaceful retreat here in the pines.
”From our family to yours, trust Sebago Lake Home Watch to protect your Maine investment.”
